PackHire & spcaLA Partner in First Virtual Pet Adoption & Fundraising Week
April 12, 2021, Los Angeles, California – PackHire, a new employment search engine and recruiting firm for the pet industry, announces first ever partnership with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (spcaLA), for the April Pet Adoption & Fundraising Week. The event aims to raise funds and find forever homes for some fun, furry, and special animals.
Adoptable pets will be featured on spcaLA and PackHire’s joint Instagram live on April 19and 26. The virtual pet adoption and fundraising two-week special will last from April 19th– May 2nd. In-kind gift donations (unopened pet food, toys, blankets, litter, beds and treats) can be dropped off at the spcaLA South Bay Adoption Center (12910 Yukon Avenue Hawthorne, CA 90250), and interested pet parents can view adoptable pets and begin the adoption process online at spcaLA.com. PackHire & spcaLA hope to find homes for five pets and raise $3,000 in donations that will go toward animal medical expenses, behavioral training, vaccinations, spay and neutering, and purchasing much needed pet food and supplies.
