Please provide information about the goals/services your area provides . Our Molecular Biology department is mainly research based. This position will help with mouse cage cleaning and preparation. Position will assist with genotyping by PCR animals in the colony.

Pay rate or range: $10.00/hour
Animal caretaker, will assist in the Gigley Lab
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with mouse cage cleaning and preparation.
- Assist with genotyping by PCR animals in the colony.
Education : Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Physiology, Biology
Experience :Previos lab work desired
Other requirements: Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.
Ability to work hard.
