Full Job Description

Duties include monitor and care for animals after surgery, maintain and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment, clean and disinfect cages, kennels, examining rooms, and operating rooms, feeding, weighing, and taking temperatures of animals. Working with dogs, cats, and equine. Doing chores in the barn for the equine when needed. Holding animals so the Dr. or technician can do the appointment. Assist in cleaning the clinic at the end of the day. Being computer capable is another necessary skill for this position. (Avimark software experience also a plus).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 – $12.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

We are currently doing curbside appointments, while wearing masks and sanitizing hands.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Equine: 2 years (Required)
