Full Job Description
Veterinary assistants perform many aspects of general pet care.
Answer phones to Check clients in for their appointment using the computer system in place (AVImark)
Feed, Monitor, and Properly Handle Dogs and Cats.
Assist veterinarians and vet technicians.
Clean, sterilize, and maintain kennels, operating rooms, examining rooms, cages, and surgical equipment.
Comfort and restrain pets during examinations and care.
Properly handle taking payments from clients.
We are willing to Train you and Help you Learn as much as you would want.
Our Surgeon works with Specialists in the local area. So Lots of interesting stuff going on.
We build relationships will people and animals. Our staff will see a puppy/kitten grow up before our eyes and over the months/years. It is truly is a remarkable experience.
