Veterinary Assistant/Receptionist - Progressive Veterinary Services, LLC - Wisconsin Rapids, WI

Progressive Veterinary Services in Wisconsin Rapids, WI, is a small animal veterinary practice searching for a veterinary assistant/receptionist. We are looking for someone who is compassionate and has good customer service skills. We believe in working together as a team to provide our patients excellent veterinary care. Our clinic provides surgical laser, digital radiography, digital dental radiography, therapy laser, in clinic blood and urine analyzers, and utilizes electronic medical records. Job duties include greeting clients, managing phone lines effectively, scheduling appointments, entering client/patient/financial data into practice management software and processing invoices and payments. Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively in person, via phone, and via email. This position will also be cross-trained as a veterinary assistant. Veterinary assistants are responsible for general exam room duties and assisting doctors and technicians as directed. Candidates must be detail-oriented, enthusiastic, and provide exemplary customer service. We are currently a 3 doctor practice. Saturday rotation (typically until noon every third).
