Full Job Description
Animal Veterinary Emergency Treatment is seeking an overnight critical care/emergency veterinarian.
Come join us in the Mid-Ohio Valley located right on the Ohio River! There is plenty of outdoor actives, great surrounding communities and located within a couple hour radius of multiple metropolitan areas!
Duties include emergency out-patient care, monitoring in-house hospitalized patients, triage of transfers from other hospitals and performing surgery as needed. The hospital provides in house laboratory, digital radiography, ultrasound, surgery, fluid and oxygen therapy, as well as blood and plasma transfusions.
Must have DVM or equivalent. Must currently hold or be willing to obtain an unrestricted West Virginia license. Must currently hold or be willing to obtain a DEA license. New graduates may apply.
