Customer Service Representative/Data Entry - Fond du Lac Humane Society - Fond du Lac, WI

The Fond du Lac Humane Society is looking for a new Part time Customer Service Specialist/Data Entry to join our team 27-36 hours a week.

We are looking for someone that is able to cover all Below Days:

Wednesday: 8-5

Thursday: 8-5

Saturday: (every other) 8-5

Sunday: 8-5

Must be 18+ to apply

Education:

• High School Diploma

– VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED

Duties:

• Greet each customer within a small time frame
• Direct customers in the right direction
• Intake of animals – stray/surrender (must be able to comfortably handle both dogs and cats)
• Fill out kennel cards
• Scan for microchip
• Answer phone calls
• Input records into computer
• Animal handling
• Take in donations
• Assist volunteers
• Assist in adoption applications
• Call references for potential adopters
• Filing
• Schedule adoption appointments
• Take adoption photos/post available animals
• Follow all protocols of this position
• Other duties as assigned
