Full Job Description
A high-quality veterinary hospital in Charleston, WV is seeking a highly motivated, customer-service oriented receptionist to join our team at Valley West Veterinary Hospital. We are a well-established, fast-paced practice looking for a dependable receptionist with a positive attitude. As a receptionist, your duties will include but are not limited to promptly answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting clients and checking them in and out, answering clients’ questions, clearly relaying messages between clients and doctors, preparing prescription refills, and providing excellent customer service. Pay will be commensurate with abilities; we also offer benefits. Veterinary hospital background a plus. Please submit your resume if you are interested in joining our team!
