DINE Concierge is looking for a front-end developer to join their team. DINE Concierge is a Northwestern University startup founded by a team of undergraduates with diverse backgrounds who have previously worked in both entrepreneurial spaces/startups (such as 1871) and management consulting firms. DINE has recently been named as one of the top food startups in Chicago this year.

The front-end developer will report directly to the technical co-founder of the startup and will work mainly on the development implementation of the core platform and landing page. He/she should have experience in HTML/CSS/Javascript or be currently actively building up his/her skill set.

This is not a paid opportunity, but you will receive considerable equity in the position and can work with the team in any summer accelerator that they may get accepted in to. What does "refer a friend" mean?

Here’s what happens if you want to refer a friend:

1. You’ll sign up for a PackHire account with only an email.

2. We’ll create you an unique tracking link. This will help us track any applicants back to you.

3. You can send out the job through social media or email.

4. If someone is hired, you’ll get paid. Easy.

What about if I want to "apply"?

Great - all you need to do is upload your resume. We’ll send it to the company and they’ll follow up.

How does the bounty work?

It's easy. You get paid if someone you refer gets hired and is still an employee 60 days into his or her new job.

How do you know who referred the sucessful hire?

The only way we can link a sucessful hire back to your account is if you sign up on our platform. From there, we can link your unique tracking link to your account to identify you as the key referrer.
